At Padel Pals, our mission is to make the UK’s fastest-growing sport accessible to everyone, starting with London. Right now, demand for padel far outstrips supply - players are waiting weeks for a court, and new enthusiasts struggle to even try the game. We’re here to change that.
By opening a network of high-quality, purpose-built padel centres across London, we will remove the barriers to play, create thriving local padel communities, and give players of all levels a place to connect, compete, and improve.
Our vision is simple: more courts, more players, more opportunities - so that padel in the UK can grow without limits.

Over 11 years of experience across the sports, events, and e-commerce sectors. Alongside co-founder Nick, he has delivered over 10,000 successful sporting events across the UK. Ben has a strong track record of building scalable, commercially focused businesses.

Former CFO of Peninsula Petroleum, a global marine fuel supplier with an annual turnover exceeding £8 billion, James brings extensive experience in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate oversight.
